The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) has been educating and certifying real estate management professionals for over 75 years. IREM is the only organization that:
- Serves the needs of all real estate management professionals - managers of residential, commercial, and retail properties, including site managers, property supervisors and management company owners.
- Confers the industry's most recognized designation for real estate managers - the Certified Property Manager® (CMP®)
- Recognizes residential and commercial managers through the Accredited Residential Manager® (ARM®) and the Accredited Commercial Manager (ACoM) programs, respectively.
- Sets the standards for real estate management companies by identifying the best in the business as Accredited Management Organizations® (AMO®) firms.
ABOUT CHAPTER 77...
The Northern Virginia chapter of IREM is comprised of over 390 site, property, and asset managers of office buildings, shopping centers, apartments and condominiums. Chapter meetings are attended by the most important and influential property managers and decision makers in the area. Monthly membership meetings in 2010 averaged over 85 attendees. As a Friend of IREM, business sponsors are afforded the opportunity of personally networking with property managers at chapter meetings and advertising their services in the chapter newsletter and on the chapter website.
SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES...
Limited opportunities exist for sponsoring on predetermined 2012 chapter meeting. There is a limit of three sponsoring firms per meeting. Meeting sponsors receive the following
exclusive benefits:
- Two complimentary tickets for the sponsored meeting and seating with chapter members.
- Formal introduction and opportunity to speak from the podium during the program.
- Signage recognition at the registration area.
- Link from chapter website to sponsor's own website and listing on the chapter website as a Friend of IREM (alphabetically and by specialty and up to two sub-specialties).
- Two sets of mailing labels (as requested) of chapter CPM® members, candidates, ARM®, and ACoM participants.
- Opportunity to attend all chapter meetings (ticket purchased at regular price, limit two representatives).
- Listed in all quarterly chapter e-newsletters
