JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for providing general administrative and clerical support to Real Estate Manager. Provides tenant customer service by responding to tenant needs and requests. Additional duties include but not limited to answering, screening and directing incoming calls, distributibuting faxes to the appropriate individual, prepares correspondence as needed by the Real Estate, maintains tenant, vendor, and property files, prepares internal lease administration documents such as lease abstracts, tracks certificates of insurance for tenants and vendors, coordinates vendor maintenance issues and follows up on the status of vendor jobs.

QUALIFICATIONS
BS/BA degree and a minimum of one year related experience and/or training.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor. Ability to present information to an internal group.

FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE
Requires general knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.

REASONING ABILITY
Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires basic analytical skills.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Excellent skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
